Welcome to the cut 2011. A series of film screenings running over two weekends in July, in Moseley, Birmingham, UK. These screenings will run alongside the Moseley Art trail and as part of the Moseley Festival.
Submissions are now open for the screenings. Regional applications are invited from students, graduates, professionals and film making enthusiasts. Applications are welcome from filmmakers as far south as Bristol and as far north as Manchester. Categories are narrative film, documentary, animation, experimental film and music videos.
Films should be no longer than 30 mins, submitted on a playable DVD and created anytime from January 2009. Due to the situation of the screenings, adult only films will not be considered.

We look forward to receiving your films. Regrettably we are unable to return DVDs. The deadline for submissions is June 2nd 2011. There will be two selectors for each category and we hope to screen as many submissions as possible.
